It is very unfair to ask Umer Akmal to do the wicket keeping specially to keep bowlers like Ajmal and Afridi in a pressure match. He wasn't even a keeper in his school and domestic team so how can you ask him to do keeping at International cricket just because he is an Akmal. His batting performance has suffered due to this and I think Pakistan cricket team can utilize his off-break bowling. He is an above average bowler and great fielder.
